WFS Consulting, LLC was established in 2015 and has purchased two existing businesses with two locations; Liberty Tax KS Territory and Liberty Tax MO Territory. Carlos Walker is the sole owner and operator.
WFS Consulting, LLC’s growth plan for 2021 and the next five years will acquire more CPA firms and our tax preparation franchise territories. The ideal target is a small single office firm where the owner is open to seller financing. The business will continue to offer tax compliance services to individuals and businesses, bookkeeping and payroll services, and other consulting services.
Carlos obtained a Community Advantage loan from Justine PETERSEN used for working capital to cover operational costs for the first three months of 2021 and prepare for the 2021 Tax Season.
