Rochelle Bea, Justine PETERSEN Board Secretary/Board Member, is the owner of Beginning Futures LLC, a childcare and family education service located in Saint Louis, MO. Ms. Bea has worked in the field of child care since 2008. Prior to starting her own business, Ms. Bea was a social worker with the Missouri Department of Social Services’ Child Abuse and Neglect Unit. She is a seasoned and successful entrepreneur as well as a JP client. In 2013, Ms. Bea was the recipient of the Entrepreneur–Momentum Business award.
