Raymond M. Lowry, Great Rivers Community Capital Board Member, is the Senior Credit Officer – Risk Management at Regions Bank. Mr. Lowry graduated cum laude from St. Leo University San Antonio, Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a specialization in Management. He served in the military from 1967 until January 1971. He has experience in finance, insurance, and banking.
