Eric Osterberg, MPP, Resource Development Manager, joined Justine Petersen in 2023, taking on the responsibility of leading the Development Team and expanding JP’s investor relationships. With a strong background in city management, Eric brings valuable experience in strategic planning and performance measurements. He is excited to apply his expertise gained from working with various communities across the country on housing and economic development issues.
