| MOSourceLink recently released its “Show Me Capital” report, which details the landscape of small business lending options for start-ups throughout the state of Missouri. With nearly 80% of net new jobs in the state being created by start-ups, the report is a call to action for increased financing options and resources. Justine PETERSEN is MOST PROUD of our very own Shawna Collier receiving a 2019 Power 100 Award recently at the annual Delux Magazine Power 100 Holiday Gala held at The Chase Park Plaza in St. Louis. The award recognizes 100 local African-American leaders who demonstrate a commitment to making a positive impact in the St. Louis region. Fellow JP staffers joined Shawna for her big night to celebrate and party to the max. CONGRATS SHAWNA!
Justine PETERSEN is excited to have received a mini grant from Bank On Save Up St. Louis. Administered through the St. Louis Regional Financial Empowerment Coalition, the Bank On Save Up St. Louis Mini-Grant program supports non-profit partners who advance meaningful financial education programs to those residents interested in financial asset-building and gaining access to mainstream financial products and services. Justine PETERSEN annually participates in Money Smart Week/Month, offering comprehensive workshops and information sessions.
