We have built a local FARM-TO-HOME supply chain—one that uses regionally grown hemp that we can transform into healthy, durable homes that low- and moderate-income families can truly afford. We are training local farmers and manufacturers to locally grow and process hemp. With our unique hempcrete panel technology, we can build homes 30 percent more affordably that are 50 percent more energy-efficient. They are fire-resistant, mold-resistant, and resistant to extreme weather events. They use less energy, last longer, and create healthier living environments.

FARM-TO-HOME:
A NEW HOMEOWNERSHIP INITIATIVE

In 2025, a Tornado hits St. Louis, highlighting the urgent housing shortage
In St. Louis, our shortage became even more urgent after the tornado destroyed 5,000 structures—hitting North of Delmar hardest, the same neighborhoods that have faced decades of disinvestment.
Our Goal
Is to scale FARM-TO-HOME in partnership with local farms, manufacturers, developers, neighborhoods, and homebuyers.
