Niccole Clements, Great Rivers Community Capital Board Member, is the Vice President of Community Development Banking at PNC, focused on building and maintaining relationships with non-profit community organizations serving low to moderate income neighborhoods in the Central Illinois and St. Louis markets. Ms. Clements possesses extensive experience in working with the non-profit sector in the areas of affordable housing development, community and economic development, federal and state grants management, strategy and planning, not-for-profit board governance, budgeting and finance, program development, and membership services. She also has a proven record of accomplishment in deal structuring, asset management, program management, relationship building and resource development.
Ms. Clements had previously worked for the Illinois Association of Community Action Agencies (IACAA) since 2008. She was originally hired as a development coordinator, but after less than two years, was promoted to the director of community and economic development statewide. In February 2017, she was named executive vice president, acting as the lead administrative officer after Dalitso Sulamoyo stepped down as CEO of the organization. She left IACAA in September 2017 to start her job at PNC.
