Celebrating the Power of Partnership

Investing in Stronger Communities.
There is always something worth celebrating when great partners come together for an even greater purpose!
Justine PETERSEN is proud to recognize the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines, along with Montgomery Bank, American Bank of Freedom, Enterprise Bank & Trust, and Stifel Bank, for their generous contributions and continued partnership in helping strengthen the communities we serve.
The Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines has a long history of supporting financial institutions and community development efforts throughout its district. Through investments in affordable housing and community-focused initiatives, FHLB Des Moines and its member institutions help create opportunities that reach far beyond dollars and cents. These investments can help families find stability, support economic development, strengthen neighborhoods, and create pathways toward a better financial future.
For Justine PETERSEN, partnerships like these make our work possible.
The support of Montgomery Bank, American Bank of Freedom, Enterprise Bank & Trust, and Stifel Bank allows us to continue meeting people where they are, expanding access to responsible capital, supporting homeownership, helping small businesses grow, and giving individuals and families the tools they need to build lasting financial assets.
To each of these incredible partners, THANK YOU!
Thank you for believing in our mission, investing in our communities, and recognizing what is possible when financial institutions and community organizations work together with a shared purpose.
At Justine PETERSEN, we know that meaningful change does not happen alone. It happens through strong relationships, shared commitments, and partners who are willing to invest in the potential of people and communities.
We are incredibly grateful to have these organizations standing alongside us, and we look forward to continuing the work together!
Here’s to partnership, opportunity, and stronger communities!

Your Family Has Housing Rights
Equal Access. Equal Opportunity.
A home should be a place where everyone has the opportunity to live independently and comfortably.
People with disabilities have important protections under fair housing laws. Housing providers may be required to make reasonable accommodations to rules, policies, practices, or services when necessary for a person with a disability to fully use and enjoy their home.
Accessibility is part of fair housing.
Know your rights and don’t be afraid to ask questions about reasonable accommodations.

ICCC Will Host a Spectacular Event: Grow Your Business
We’re excited to share that Justine PETERSEN will be featured as part of the Resource Panel for Inner City Capital Connections (ICCC)!
ICCC is a national business accelerator built for growth-stage entrepreneurs who are ready to strengthen their businesses, sharpen their strategy, access capital, and SCALE. Through executive education, peer learning, coaching, and capital readiness support, entrepreneurs get the tools and connections they need to keep moving forward.
And that’s where JP comes in!
Justine PETERSEN will be joining the conversation as a resource panelist and one of ICCC’s Capital Coaches, helping entrepreneurs better understand their funding options and how to become capital-ready.
Could this be you or a business you know?
ICCC is currently looking to enroll approximately 25 more businesses that are:
- In operation for at least 3 years
- Generating $150,000+ in annual revenue
- Ready to GROW, SCALE, and explore what’s next
Know a business that would be a great fit? Send them our way! We’d be happy to make a warm introduction, or you can nominate a business directly through ICCC’s online nomination form.
This is the kind of room we LOVE seeing entrepreneurs in: resources, relationships, capital, and opportunities to grow.

Employee of the Month!
Ladies and gentlemen, we gather today to honor a man of many passions: soccer, classic rock, and speaking at a pace that suggests absolutely nothing in this world is an emergency.
Yes, it’s Matt Chandler!
Matt is the kind of guy who could walk into complete chaos, look around, and say, “Yeahhhh… we’ll figure it out.”
And somehow… he does.
Want to get Matt talking? Mention soccer. Want him to keep talking? Disagree with him about soccer. Want to completely lose track of your afternoon? Ask him which era of rock music was the best.
But behind that wonderfully laid-back demeanor is someone who works hard, supports his team, and brings his own unmistakable personality to Justine PETERSEN.
So crank up the classic rock, put the match on, and please give a very relaxed round of applause for our Employee of the Month, Matt Chandler! ⚽🎸🏆
Congratulations, Matt.
Take your time getting up here. We know you will.
