When Jeff Mendenhall first connected with Justine PETERSEN, he had every reason to believe the odds were stacked against him. After years of homelessness and rebuilding his life following incarceration, he had very little to his name. His first business plan wasn’t created on a computer or in an office. It was written on the back of a hotplate instruction manual while he was living in a motel.
Many people would have looked at Jeff’s past and stopped there.
