Robert Boyle Highlights Justine PETERSEN’s Longstanding Partnership with IFF

In the article A Long-Term Partnership to Boost Small Businesses in Missouri, Kansas, and Southern Illinois, Robert Boyle, CEO and co-founder of Justine PETERSEN, discusses the importance of the organization’s nearly two-decade partnership with IFF. Boyle notes that working with a fellow Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) provides unique advantages, as IFF understands both the financial and community impact aspects of lending.
He highlights how IFF’s flexible capital has helped Justine PETERSEN expand its reach and support more entrepreneurs throughout the region. During the COVID-19 pandemic, a $500,000 loan from IFF helped strengthen Justine PETERSEN’s Contractor Loan Fund, enabling small construction businesses to access the working capital needed to take on larger projects during a challenging economic period.
Boyle also points to a $2 million loan from IFF in 2023 that provided critical liquidity as demand for small business financing surged. This investment enabled Justine PETERSEN to increase lending, expand staffing, and continue making financial opportunities accessible to underserved entrepreneurs throughout Missouri, Kansas, and Southern Illinois.
It is because IFF believes in our mission that we here at Justine PETERSEN can invest in the futures of others and continue living our mission of Building Assets. Changing Lives. Their partnership has provided the resources needed to help entrepreneurs, families, and communities access opportunities that create lasting economic impact.

From suspicious emails and fake text messages to password theft and online scams, cybercriminals are constantly seeking ways to access personal information. The good news? A few simple steps can go a long way.

✅ Regularly monitor your financial and online accounts
Think of cybersecurity like locking your front door—you might not think about it every day, but it’s one of the easiest ways to protect yourself and your family.
