LeRon Williams Expands the Vision of Lucky68 with Support from Justine PETERSEN

For LeRon Williams, the mission behind Lucky68 has always been bigger than athletics. Through Fly.te Academy, he is creating opportunities for student-athletes in underserved communities through leadership development, mentorship, academic support, and personal growth.
As the organization continued to grow, LeRon turned to Justine PETERSEN for support in transforming his vision into a sustainable reality. Working alongside counselor Noah Lynn, LeRon received not only financial assistance but also strategic guidance that helped strengthen the organization for long-term success.
“Noah really took the time to understand what we were building,” LeRon shared. “He helped me organize the vision into something that could continue growing and creating opportunities for young people.”
With support from Justine PETERSEN, Lucky68, and Fly.te Academy, we are continuously expanding our impact through partnerships, leadership programs, and youth development initiatives across Illinois, Iowa, and beyond.
“It is my mission to help student-athletes become the best versions of themselves,” said Williams. “If we can build great individuals along the way, that’s the true measure of success.”
Today, Fly.te Academy continues to empower young people by providing the confidence, leadership skills, and support they need to succeed both on and off the field.
