James and Molly Lindsay have officially launched Thunder Ridge Motorsports Park, a 110-acre outdoor motorsports venue in Shannon County, thanks to a microloan provided through Justine PETERSEN with the assistance of the Ozarks Small Business Incubator (OzSBI).

Located at 20407 Thunder Ridge in Eminence, the park offers a gathering place for motorsports enthusiasts to ride, race, and enjoy refreshments in a scenic outdoor setting. The business also maintains an active presence on Facebook under “Thunder Ridge Motorsports Park.”

Justine PETERSEN supports both new and existing businesses with microloans ranging from $500 to $500,000, helping entrepreneurs build toward traditional financing. As a local partner, OzSBI assists businesses across Douglas, Howell, Oregon, Ozark, Shannon, Texas, and Wright counties with the loan application process.

Microloans can serve as direct funding, seed capital, or gap financing. While applicants must show sound financial projections and provide collateral, individuals with credit challenges can also receive credit score counseling and access to credit-building loans.
