Kansas City CDFI Coalition Reconvenes to Advance Collective Effort

CDFIs (Community Development Financial Institutions) serving the metro Kansas City region have come together to reengage and reignite the KC CDFI Coalition.  Consisting of six CDFIs, the coalition seeks to advance the collect efforts of Justine PETERSEN, AltCap, Impacto Fund Inc., Central Bank of Kansas City, Holy Rosary Credit Union, IFF and LISC Greater Kansas City by both broadening the awareness of CDFIs and sharing the tangible impact of their work.  Most recently, members of the Coalition participated in a webinar facilitated by the FDIC of KC to educate local banks on how they may partner with a CDFI to reach optimal impact and penetration in markets deemed historically underserved. Good times had – and worn – by all! Thanks Nikki!!!!!
