As part of Justine PETERSEN’s ongoing dynamic schedule of engaging webinars, Ericca Willis will present “What to Know About Acquiring Commercial Property” on July 22, noon – 1:00 pm. Ericca will comprehensively cover commercial leasing and purchasing, when to lease/purchase, the do’s and don’ts and what is meant by a “letter of intent.” Ericca will also discuss how to negotiate! This webinar is financed in part through an allocation of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the Department of Housing and Urban Development and the City of St. Louis’ Community Development Administration.
SLEHCRA Community Survey! We need to Hear from YOU!
The St. Louis Equal Housing and Community Reinvestment Alliance (SLEHCRA) is a coalition of nonprofit and community organizations in the St. Louis metropolitan area. SLEHCRA works to increase investment in minority communities, regardless of income, and in low¬ and moderate¬-income communities, regardless of race, by ensuring that banks are meeting their obligations under the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and fair lending laws.
Every year SLEHCRA conducts a community survey to better understand how local banks and credit unions are addressing community needs. SLEHCRA will use your responses to inform their report to the community to promote a strong CRA.
