HAPPY 55TH BIRTHDAY RAMONA SCOTT!
And Happy 7th Anniversary to Natalie Clay of Natalie’s Cakes
The JP UP date format typically concludes with a “feel good, human interest” piece.  Today’s edition will kick-off with such:  HAPPY BIRTHDAY RAMONA SCOTT!  Ramona is essentially the face and voice of Justine PETERSEN.  Her radiant smile greets you upon arrival at our 1023 N. Grand office, and her calming voice over the phone both imparts promise and empathy.  Ramona turns 55 today, and she wanted not only JP staff to share in celebration – but each and every one of you.  JP small business Natalie’s Cakes delivered Ramona a birthday cake – the business is also celebrating its 7th year in business on Monday, June 29th! Stalwart proprietor Natalie Clay re-built her business in Ferguson after experiencing significant damage during the civil unrest that followed the death of Michael Brown. Ramona Scott and Natalie Clay:  two women to celebrate!
19 YEARS OF SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY: CHONDA AIELLO CELEBRATES JP ANNIVERSARY
Yes, yet another “feel good, human interest” article back-to-back.  If Ramona Scott is the face and voice of Justine PETERSEN, then Chonda Aiello is the soul.  Today marks Chonda’s 19-year anniversary with JP.  She’s serviced JP clients from our history of three different office locations and her beautiful children have graced our office environment and grew as the organization grew.  Though she has retired from traversing the office in roller skates, she has not retired from offering our clients, day in and day out, non-stop, ultra-committed, hyper-diligent service. Happy 19th Anniversary to the one and only Chonda Aiello!
BRIANNA K. CHANDLER, DAUGHTER OF JP STAFFER SOLOMON CHANDLER, FEATURED IN THE NEW YORK TIMES
The New York Times profiled four young adults from across the nation who are doing their part to build a more just future.  One of those was Brianna K. Chandler, the 19 year-old daughter of JP staffer Solomon Chandler. An upcoming sophomore at Washington University in St. Louis, majoring in American Studies, Brianna has played an instrumental role in organizing young people around the issues of social and racial injustice.  We at Justine PETERESEN are MOST PROUD of Brianna’s efforts.
