Eric M. Madkins Justine PETERSEN Board Member – is the Vice President and Community Development Manager at Regions, overseeing CRA initiatives in Iowa, Illinois, and Missouri. He works with partners to support CRA lending and investments and serves on the St. Louis Market Executive Leadership Team. Previously, he led housing initiatives at the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis, founding the region’s first Mortgage Help Center. With over 20 years in community development, he has received multiple awards and is an expert in affordable housing and economic development.
