Tiffany Tears, Compliance Associate – born and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee, is a die-hard Lakers fan! She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Tennessee Technological University. Before joining JP, Tiffany worked at Asurion as a Senior Compliance Analyst and a Sales Compliance Analyst. In these roles, she prepared all reporting and conducted auditing for the Legal and Compliance department. Before her time at Asurion, Tiffany gained most of her compliance knowledge while working at AIG for approximately ten years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her amazing daughters, Jordyn and Kyndal.
