Ronika Moody, Resource Development Manager, is a native of St. Louis. She has over 10 years of experience in Corporate America working in the financial services industry. Before working in Corporate America Ronika volunteered in college and served on many collegiate boards. It is in college she developed a passion for helping the African American community with financial literacy. She has carried this passion by volunteering throughout the St. Louis community and speaking on financial literacy to the elementary, middle, and high school students, parents, and organizations about the importance of financial literacy personally and professionally. In addition, Ronika is also an entrepreneur dedicated to helping individuals FULLY RECHARGE their careers or business, she’s an advocate for people of color especially African American women, an author, coach, speaker, and facilitator whose motto is to educate, advocate and transform what you may consider the “norm”. Working at Justine PETERSEN is a dream fulfilled because she has always wanted to work in a nonprofit because here is where the work gets done and Justine’s history shows they care about the community.
When she is not working she is spending time with her 3 beautiful children. Her goal over the next 5 years is to complete her Bachelors and Master’s Degree to show her children that anything is possible even as a parent and you should never give up.
Her personality motto is E.A.T. which stands for Educate. Advocate. Transform he African-American community to ultimately building generational wealth for Blacks overall.
