Cait Baker, Quality Improvement Manager, is a New York native. Cait grew up on shores of Long Island collecting jingle shells and eating bagels until she ventured off upstate, where she received her Bachelor’s in English and Studio Art. A few years and several states later, Cait earned her Masters of Social Work from the Brown School of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis. It was there that her interests in economic opportunity, equity, and justice were ignited. She has a background in housing counseling, financial capability and asset building, and process improvement, which led her toward her current role as a Quality Improvement Manager at Justine PETERSEN.
